- 150 g albasarta
- 600 g Tushen faski
- 200 g Dankali mai fulawa
- 50 g Naman alade mai yatsa
- 1 tbsp man zaitun
- 1,5 lita Kayan lambu broth
- 2 Kwamfuta. sprigs na thyme
- 2 tbsp Amai
- 250 ml Amma Yesu bai guje
- 100 g Pancetta ciki naman alade yanka
- Salt da barkono

Umurnai
- Kwasfa albasa kuma a yanka a cikin kananan cubes. Sa'an nan kuma wanke, kwasfa da yanke tushen faski da dankali (cikin kimanin 2 cm cubes).
- Sai a yanka naman alade. Azuba mai a cikin kasko sai a soya albasa da naman alade akan matsakaiciyar wuta. Ƙara tushen faski da dankali da kuma dafa don wani minti daya. Zuba broth, kawo zuwa tafasa da kuma sita a hankali na minti 30.
