Sinadaran
Don taliya:
- 500 g Ditalini Rigati daga Barilla *)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Don miya:
- 500 g Naman sa nama
- 70 g Tumatir manna (kananan gwangwani)
- 250 ml Nama broth (heasted teaspoon 1 nan take)
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,25 tsp Barkono
- 1 tbsp Rufe oregano
- 1 babban tsunkule na sukari
- 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
Umurnai
- Dafa taliya a cikin ruwan gishiri ( teaspoon 1) bisa ga umarnin da ke kan kunshin, magudana kuma a zubar da man fetur (1 tbsp) a cikin zafi mai zafi don kada ya tsaya. Ki soya nikakken naman (naman naman naman sa) da kyau sosai, sai a zuba tumatir manna (70 g) da nama (250 ml) sai a kawo a tafasa a rage. Yayyafa da gishiri (½ teaspoon), barkono (¼ teaspoon), sugar (1 babban tsunkule) da oregano (1 teaspoon). Ku bauta wa taliya tare da miya da sabo da grated Parmesan. Salatin zai iya isa da shi.
