Umurnai
- Kawo babban tukunyar ruwa a tafasa, yayyafa da gishiri da dafa taliya a ciki bisa ga umarnin da ke kan fakitin.
- Finely puree da qwai, clove na tafarnuwa da 60 g dutse cuku a high tare da yankan sanda.
- A yanka naman alade da kyau kuma a bar shi a cikin kasko ba tare da mai ba kuma cire shi daga kwanon rufi. Tsaftace namomin kaza na dutse kuma a yanka ƙananan guda kuma a gasa a cikin kasko mai zafi tare da kitsen naman alade na minti 1-2. Ƙara man shanu zuwa namomin kaza kuma dafa don wani minti 2-3 soya, gishiri da barkono.
