- 250 ml Kayan lambu broth
Umurnai
- Yanke albasar bazara, tafarnuwa, chilli, thyme da ginger. Sai a nika rabin albasar bazara, tafarnuwa, rabin barkono, thyme da ginger tare da cokali 3 na mai, soya sauce, teaspoon 1 na launin ruwan kasa, gishiri, barkono da ruwan 'ya'yan lemun tsami 1 zuwa manna. Shafa naman da shi kuma a huce.
- A yanka mangwaro da albasa da kyau. Mix kome da cokali 2 na launin ruwan kasa, sauran albasa bazara, chili da ruwan 'ya'yan itace lemun tsami. Soya naman (tare da manna) a cikin cokali 1 na man fetur a kowane bangare. Cook a cikin tanda a 150 digiri na kimanin minti 10.
- Deglaze naman tare da broth kuma kawo zuwa tafasa. Yayyafa da gishiri. Bauta komai. Na yi hidimar shinkafa da ita.
