Sinadaran
- 600 g dankalin turawa
- 2 Kwallon ƙafa Fresh leek
- 1 Albasa
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 lita Kayan lambu broth
- 100 g Serrano naman alade yanka
- 80 ml White giya
- 3 Branches Fresh thyme
- 1 Littafin ganye
- 2 tbsp Finely yankakken faski
- Salt da barkono
Umurnai
- Kwasfa dankali kuma a yanka a cikin guda 2cm. Kwasfa albasa da yanke kananan cubes. Yanke leken a cikin zobba na 2cm.
- Zafi mai a cikin kasko. Saute da albasarta har sai m. Ƙara dankali da lek kuma bari ya yi zafi kamar minti 5. Deglaze tare da farin ruwan inabi, zuba a cikin kayan lambu da kuma kawo zuwa tafasa. Add leaf bay da thyme sprigs kuma simmer na 10-15 minti Gishiri da barkono dandana. Cire thyme.
