Sinadaran
Jan curry manna:
- 5 g Coriander tsaba
- 3 g Busasshen chili
- 3 g cumin
- 3 g Fennel tsaba
- 2 g Fenugreek tsaba
- 2 g Mustard tsaba
- 1 g kirfa
- 1 g Sumac
- 3 g Paprika foda
Shinkafa mai yaji:
- 1 yanki Yankakken shallot
- 1 yanki yankakken tafarnuwa tafarnuwa
- 3 yanki Cardamom pod
- 1 yanki Kirfa sanda
- 1 yanki Ginger tuber
- 100 g Basmati shinkafa
- 200 ml Kayan lambu broth
- Salt
- man zaitun
Kaji curry:
- 300 g Chicken nono
- 1 yanki Albasa
- 50 g Wake ya tsiro sabo
- 1 yanki Spring albasa sabo ne, a yanka

- 3 cl Ruwan 'ya'yan itace orange
- 3 cl Ruwan abarba
- Rusanƙan kankara
- Mint sabo ne
Umurnai
Jan curry:
- Nika duk abubuwan da ake buƙata a cikin turmi sosai.
Shinkafa mai yaji:
- Sauté shallots, tafarnuwa da kayan yaji a cikin man zaitun har sai da taushi. A zuba shinkafa da ginger a sake zufa, sannan a zuba a cikin romon. Ku kawo zuwa tafasa, motsawa sau ɗaya, sanya murfin a kan kwanon rufi kuma a hankali a kan zafi kadan. Bayan mintuna 10 an shirya shinkafa.
Kaji curry:
- Yanke nono kaji cikin tube. Yanke kayan lambu a cikin tube. Soya kajin a cikin wok, ƙara kayan lambu. Add da curry manna da kuma deglaze da kwakwa da madara. Ƙara mangoro chutney da ruwan 'ya'yan lemun tsami, a rage kamar minti 3. Season dandana da gishiri da barkono.
