Sinadaran
- 200 g Gwargwadon hatsin rai
- 300 g Nau'in fulawa ta 630
- 300 ml Ruwa mai ɗumi
- 2 tsp Brown launin ruwan kasa
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pck Busasshen yisti
- 2 tbsp Man mai
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Tabbatar da kwandon na zaɓi 🙂
Umurnai
- Narke sukari da gishiri a cikin ruwa! Ƙara mai! Ki zuba yeast da gari ki kwaba komai da kyau! Zan bar mai yin burodi ta yi! 🙂
Preheat tanda zuwa digiri 250!
- Saka kullu a cikin kwandon tabbatarwa. Idan ba ku da ɗaya, kawai ku bar shi a cikin kwanon ƙulla! Bari ya tashi rufe don kusan. Minti 45!
- Sanya kwandon tabbatarwa a kan takardar yin burodi kuma a juya shi da takarda ko yin burodi da sanya a kan takardar burodi!
- Sanya ruwa a kusa da burodin! (Makes a super crispy base!) Sa'an nan kuma gasa a cikin tanda na kimanin. Minti 20 har sai da kullu, sa'an nan kuma sake gasa don kimanin.
- Gurasar tana shirye lokacin da ya yi sauti lokacin da kuka buga shi! (Falo)
