- 400 ml Ruwa, wato kusan adadi
- 50 ml Cream 10% mai
- Salt da barkono
- 1 Albasa mai sabo
- 2 tbsp Grana Padano Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp Man sunflower
- Wasu jajayen flakes na chili don yin ado
Umurnai
- Bari man shanu ya narke ya soya semolina a ciki. A hankali a zuba a cikin ruwa, sai a sauke semolina har sai da taushi, ƙara broth da kakar tare da gishiri da barkono.
- Ɗauki daga zuciya kuma motsa cikin kirim.
- Kwasfa albasa da soya a cikin man sunflower. Saka shi a tsakiyar kwanon rufi, yayyafa cukuwar Parmesame a kan shi kuma bari ya narke a hankali.
- Saka wannan cakuda akan tawul ɗin kicin kuma bari kitsen ya jiƙa.
- Zuba miyan a cikin kwanon miya da aka rigaya, a yi ado da rabin albasa da cakuda cuku sannan a yayyafa ɗan jajayen barkono a sama.
