- 200 g Spaghetti
- 2 qwai
- 1 Peeled tafarnuwa albasa
- Salt da barkono
- 80 g Finely grated dutse cuku
- 125 g Fresh namomin kaza
- 125 g King kawa namomin kaza
- 2 Mai tushe Marjoram sabo ne
- 100 g Gauraye da naman alade, yankakken
- 2 tbsp Butter
Umurnai
- Kawo babban kasko mai yalwar gishiri a tafasa a dafa taliya a ciki bisa ga umarnin da ke kan fakitin.
- Finely puree da qwai, tafarnuwa da 80 g dutse cuku a cikin wani dogon ganga tare da yankan sanda.
- Tsaftace, rabi da kwata na namomin kaza. Yanke naman alade cikin kananan guda. Cire ganyen marjoram daga ciyawar, bar naman alade a cikin kwanon rufi ba tare da mai ba kuma cire daga kwanon rufi. Soya namomin kaza a cikin kitsen mai na kimanin minti 2-3, ƙara man shanu, gishiri da barkono idan ya cancanta.
- Saka namomin kaza, naman alade da rabin marjoram a cikin babban kwano. Ninka a cikin kwai da cuku cakuda tare da 50 ml na ruwan taliya da spaghetti, kakar tare da barkono da gishiri. Ku bauta wa yayyafawa da sauran marjoram da wasu cukuwar dutse da aka daka.
