Sinadaran
Ga marinade
- 1 tbsp Man tafarnuwa / sauran mai
- 1 tbsp "Sweet-Sour-Chilli-Sauce" - miya na Asiya mai dadi da m
- 1 tbsp Amai
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 1 Gangar Sinanci na tafarnuwa ko wasu cloves na solo guda biyu
- 1 tbsp Manna tumatir
- 1 Ginger - 2 x2 cm
- 1 tsp Curry foda

Ga kwanon kaji
- 350 g Kaza nono fillet ko turkey
- 1 kananan Spring albasa
- 1 Lemon ciyawa
- 2 Sinanci cloves na tafarnuwa
- 175 g Bamboo harbe - a nan gilashin, magudanar nauyi
- 2 sabo lemu
- 200 ml Kayan lambu broth
- 4 tbsp Soya miya duhu
- 1 tsp Curry
- Pepper, gishiri dandana
