- 1 tsp Paprika mai dadi
- 125 ml cream
- 75 ml White giya
- 6 Kwamfuta. Tushen fillet na Turkiyya
- 2 tbsp Man sunflower
Umurnai
- Ki yanka albasa da kyau a yanka a cikin kwanon rufi a cikin man shanu mai zafi. Ƙara chanterelles da aka wanke da kuma yankakken yanka a cikin kwanon rufi. Yayyafa da paprika, nutmeg, gishiri da barkono. Deglaze tare da ruwan inabi, ƙara kirim kuma rage komai har sai kirim. Yanka faski a zuba a miya (a ajiye cokali uku na yankakken faski a gefe).
- Yanke fillet na turkey, kakar tare da gishiri da barkono, toya a cikin kwanon rufi tare da man sunflower.
- A cikin farantin mai zurfi, sanya namomin kaza a kasa, shirya naman a saman kuma yayyafa a saman wasu yankakken faski.
