Umurnai
- Kwasfa da yanka albasa da tafarnuwa.
- Gasa man a cikin kwanon rufi kuma azuba naman a bangarorin biyu na tsawon minti 3-4, sannan a zuba gishiri da barkono, cire.
- A dafa albasa da tafarnuwa.
- Deglaze tare da tumatir, kirim da kirim mai tsami.
- Ƙara naman kuma simmer tsawon watanni 10 - 12.
- Kritharaki noodles azaman gefen tasa.
