Sinadaran
- Dogon hatsi shinkafa
- 1 Gilashi (ba duka ba) Kaji broth tare da kaza
- 1 Tip na babban yatsan hannu Ginger mai sabo
- 0,5 kl. Red albasa
- 2 Karas
- 2 tsp Ruwan Mandarin
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp tandoori masala
- Farin barkono da gishiri
- Lemun tsami
- sugar
- 2 saukad da Man barkono
Umurnai
- Sanya ruwan shinkafa da gishiri da turmeric.
- Yanke karas a cikin sirara na bakin ciki bayan gogewa da wankewa. Yanke ginger da albasa haka.
- A cikin kasko, sai a soya karas, albasa da ginger a cikin man sesame, sai a yi caramel da sukari kadan. Ki soya kurwar da masala da man shanu kadan.
- Deglaze tare da hannun jari kuma simmer. Sa'an nan kuma ƙara sauran kayan yaji kamar yadda ake so. Idan cikin shakka, kaɗan kaɗan a farkon.
- Daga karshe sai in zuba ruwan shinkafa sai na daka miya da sitaci kadan (a hada da ruwan sanyi tukunna).
