- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml White giya
- 100 g Akuya kirim mai tsami
- 200 g Kirim mai tsami
- Gishiri, barkono, sukari
Umurnai
- A wanke tafarnuwar daji kuma a yanka filaye masu kyau. A kwasfa albasa a yanka a cikin mai zafi har sai an sami haske. A halin yanzu, dafa taliya a cikin ruwan gishiri. Deglaze albasa da ruwan inabi da ruwan taliya 100 ml kuma simmer na 3 mintuna. Ƙara tafarnuwa daji (sai dai 2 tbsp) da puree. Dama a cikin cuku mai tsami da kirim mai tsami kuma kakar tare da gishiri, barkono da sukari. Nan da nan ƙara dafaffen noodles zuwa miya mai zafi kuma yayyafa da sauran tafarnuwar daji.
