Hack Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Mixed minced meat
  • 4 g Carrots
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 1 Pck. Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar
  • 1 Pck. Strained tomatoes
  • Lasagne sheets
  • Tomato paste with seasoned vegetables
  • Salt
  • Some sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onions. Clean the peppers and carrots. Cut the peppers into small cubes, the carrots are best diced. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Now heat the oil in a pan and let the onion cubes become translucent. Add the minced meat and fry in it until crumbly. Add the carrots. Let something cook with you. Then add peppers and tomatoes. Let everything smuggle briefly. Add the ajvar and the tomatoes. Stir everything and season with salt, sugar and the tomato paste. Put some of the minced vegetable mixture in a baking dish as the first layer. Spread the lasagne sheets on top. Put another layer of minced vegetable mixture on top and cover this again with lasagne sheets. The last layer should then be the vegetable and mince mixture again. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and leave in the oven for about 45 minutes. Make a test.
