Halloumi Grilled Vegetable Burger

Ingredients
 

Grill vegetables:

  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 0,5 piece Zucchini fresh
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • Rosemary fresh
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Brown sugar
  • Tellicherry pepper
  • Salt

Burger:

  • 1 Pc. Halloumi cheese
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 3 piece Sesame bun
  • 1 Handful Lettuce

Instructions
 

Grill vegetables:

  • Clean and wash the paprika and zucchini and cut the paprika into large pieces, cut the zucchini into oblique slices, peel the onion and cut into rings. Chop the rosemary! Mix everything except the onion with the olive oil, a little salt and pepper. Mix the onion, oil and sugar. I roasted everything in the air fryer for 20 minutes! Or just bake in the oven at 200 degrees! Keep warm!

Burger:

  • In the meantime, cut the rolls open and briefly toast the cut surfaces in a pan without fat! Prepare aioli!

Aioli:

  • Aioli without egg - No. 2

Halloumi:

  • Unpack the Helloumi, pat dry and cut into 6 slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cheese on one side until the water that comes out of the cheese has evaporated. Then turn over and fry on both sides until crispy!

Then:

  • Brush the underside of the bun with aioli, add the lettuce and top with the peppers, zucchini and onions. Then put 2 slices of halloumi on each, some more aioli, cover on and fix with a skewer! Serve! 🙂
