Ingredients
 

for the marinade:

  • 1 Pc. Small eggplant
  • 2 Pc. Red pepper
  • 250 g Halloumi cheese
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients for the marinade and squeeze in the garlic. You can also use more garlic. You can also add spices if you like.
  • Cut the cheese into cubes. Clean and halve the mushrooms or cut into slices. Halve the courgette and aubergine lengthways and cut into half slices approx. 1 cm thick. Mix everything with the marinade in a bowl and let it steep for at least an hour.
  • Then place everything alternately on approx. 4 grill skewers and cook for approx. 10 minutes in grill trays on the hot grill. From time to time to turn.
