Ingredients

Per person

  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Low fat milk
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 0,5 bunch Wild garlic salt
  • 1 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper) - own production
  • 1 disc Cooked ham
  • 3 Discs Panicle tomatoes
  • 2 Discs Cheese (any)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with milk. Chives cut into rolls, salt and cayenne, I take my own from my KB, add. Mix everything together and season to taste. Cut the tomato into small slices and sprinkle with a little wild garlic salt.
  • Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Pour in the eggs and let set to an omelette on medium heat while jerking the pan. Then put tomatoes on half of them. Place the ham on top and finally the cheese. This is a spicy cheese that can be melted.
  • Now fold the other half of the omelette over and let everything stand on the lowest level for about 5 minutes. Then the ham is warmed up and the cheese melted.
  • Slide the omelette onto a plate. If you don't eat that much, you can divide it into two portions. In addition, a pot of coffee and some fruit for dessert. We like to eat oranges.

epilogue

  • I wrote the omelette with the ingredients for each person. I do this for each one in a separate pan so that it is ready at the same time. And now enjoy your meal.
