- 1 Whole chicken
- 2 Pc. Sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp Harissa paste
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 400 g Chickpeas
- Mix the harissa paste with the red wine vinegar to a marinade.
- Thoroughly coat the chicken and the washed but unpeeled sweet potatoes with the marinade. Transfer the rest of the marinade to a large baking dish (if there is any leftover).
- Add the chickpeas to the marinade in the baking dish and stir well. Now add the whole sweet potatoes and the chicken breast side down. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
- Put everything together in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. After this time, turn the chicken and bake for another 20 minutes. Good Appetite!
