Rosehip is a natural ascorbic acid – its fruits contain 50 times more vitamin C than lemon. This valuable vitamin does not accumulate in the body, which means that it has to be replenished daily.

By the way, very often it is the lack of ascorbic acid that makes us feel moody and catch colds. The easiest way to get this vitamin from rose hips is to make a concentrated tea in a thermos: pour a handful of dried fruits with a glass of boiling water and leave it overnight. In the morning, drink it after meals. In this tea, vitamin C is best combined with potassium, so nutritionists recommend the drink as a means of restoring water and salt balance after exercise and for weight loss, as potassium is good at removing excess fluid from the body.

Healthy autumn berries: chokeberry

Chokeberry (chokeberry) is rich in many useful substances – vitamins C, P, B1, B2, E, K, B6, beta-carotene, macro- and microelements (iron, copper, boron, manganese, molybdenum, fluorine), sugars (glucose, sucrose, fructose), as well as tannins and pectin substances.
