Healthy Green Spelled Grill Salad

For the salad

  • 400 g Green kernels
  • 1 Feta
  • 2 Canned kidney beans
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 100 g Olives (black)
  • 2 Paprika (red or yellow)
  • 1 Cucumber

For the dressing

  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt and pepper



  • Simmer the green spelled with twice the amount of salted water for 40 minutes. Add water if necessary. Cut the spring onions into thin rings, cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Also cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Drain the olives and beans. Wash and dry arugula. Cut the cucumber into slices and then quarter them.

Make dressing

  • Mix the olive oil, honey, salt and pepper and vinegar.

Put the lettuce together

  • Pour off the green core and let it cool down briefly. Then pour into a large salad bowl. Add the feta, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, spring onions, beans and arugula. Pour dressing over it and mix everything well. Good Appetite!
