Herb and Egg Quiche

Ingredients
 

For the dough:

  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 0,5 tsp Salt

For covering:

  • 100 g Boiled ham
  • 4 Eggs

For the cast:

  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 cups Whipped cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 50 g Herbs TK

Instructions
 

For the dough:

  • Put the flour in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the butter, water and salt and knead.
  • Roll out the dough in a form (24 cm), form an edge all around, then chill for a while.

For covering:

  • Cut the ham into small pieces and place on the dough.
  • Hard-boil four eggs, cut into small pieces and pour over the ham.

For the cast:

  • Put the sour cream, whipped cream and three eggs in a bowl and stir.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir.
  • Add the frozen herbs and stir in.
  • Pour the icing over the dough and smooth it out.
  • Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
