Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 4 tbsp Water
- 0,5 tsp Salt
For covering:
- 100 g Boiled ham
- 4 Eggs
For the cast:
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 1 cups Whipped cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 50 g Herbs TK
Instructions
For the dough:
- Put the flour in a mixing bowl.
- Add the butter, water and salt and knead.
- Roll out the dough in a form (24 cm), form an edge all around, then chill for a while.
For covering:
- Cut the ham into small pieces and place on the dough.
- Hard-boil four eggs, cut into small pieces and pour over the ham.
For the cast:
- Put the sour cream, whipped cream and three eggs in a bowl and stir.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir.
- Add the frozen herbs and stir in.
- Pour the icing over the dough and smooth it out.
- Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
