Herbal Butter with Sun-dried Tomatoes

  • 250 g Butter
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion
  • 4 Pc. Dried tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 Pc. Dried chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper


  • Crush the onion, garlic, tomatoes, spices with a little olive oil with the hand blender. You can also cut the ingredients very finely! Add the butter at room temperature and stir well.
  • Now fill into small vessels. I took muffin cups! Also looks nice as a gift. Freeze and thaw if necessary.
