Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 150 ml Kremefine to beat
  • 250 g Frozen raspberries
  • 50 ml Curacao liquor
  • 2 packet Chocolate pudding without cooking
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 250 g Shortbread
  • 1 tsp Liquid sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Defrost the raspberry. Wrap the butter biscuits in a clean cloth and knead until they are all finely crumbled. Put quark, creamy cream for whipping or whipped cream, liquid sweetener, defrosted raspberries, crumbled shortbread biscuits and Curacao schnapps in a bowl. IMPORTANT !!! Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Prepare 2 packets of chocolate puding without boiling. Layers in Desser glasses as desired. Decorate just as you like. A chocolate Santa Claus and something green will do for Christmas. If the children are there, please prepare for children without schnapps.
