- 450 g Wheat flour (type 405)
- 20 g ½ Päckchen frische Hefe
- 350 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt

- Put flour (450 g) in a bowl. Mix lukewarm water (350 ml) with olive oil (1 teaspoon) and salt (2 teaspoons). Make a well in the middle of the flour, crumble the yeast (20 g) into it and gradually add the lukewarm water with olive oil and salt and stir everything with a wooden spoon. Cover and leave to stand / rise in a warm place for approx. 18-20 hours. Cut the baking paper for the cast iron wok round, dust with flour (1 tbsp) and place the dough on it with a spatula and shape it into a round shape. Preheat the wok in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes, remove it, insert the bread dough with the baking paper and bake with the lid at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
