Ingredients

Homemade cooking cheese

  • 600 g Sour cream
  • 80 g Butter
  • 2 piece Harz cheese with caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 1,5 tsp Onion granules
  • 0,25 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  • I prepared * sour cream - made easy myself a few days earlier. Then I put my slow cooker (ceramic pot) on the work surface and filled it with the sour cream. The butter is cut into slices and placed on top.
  • Unpack the Harz cheese and cut it into slices as well. These are added to the butter. Take caraway and sprinkle with it. Finally distribute the onion granules. Close with a lid and set to "LOW". Let it cook until everything is melted.
  • Mix once in between. After about 4 hours it was almost finished. Now the baking soda comes in. It foams a little, but it goes back by itself. The baking soda is used to make the whole thing fluffier and tastier.
