I prepared * sour cream - made easy myself a few days earlier. Then I put my slow cooker (ceramic pot) on the work surface and filled it with the sour cream. The butter is cut into slices and placed on top.
Unpack the Harz cheese and cut it into slices as well. These are added to the butter. Take caraway and sprinkle with it. Finally distribute the onion granules. Close with a lid and set to "LOW". Let it cook until everything is melted.
Mix once in between. After about 4 hours it was almost finished. Now the baking soda comes in. It foams a little, but it goes back by itself. The baking soda is used to make the whole thing fluffier and tastier.
