  • 1 piece Egg
  • Water
  • Pinch of salt

  • I bought a pasta machine that includes a small cookbook with various recipes for pasta in many variations ... and here I would like to introduce you to one of my first recipes.
  • Sorry for not being able to specify all units, as it depends on the different types of flour. There is something great about making your own pasta, whether it's spaghetti, penne or whatever ...... just try it if you have a machine.
  • We ate goulash and cucumber salad with it 🙂
