- For a variant in vegetarian, for example, vegetarian or vegan mince can be used, or the tacos filling can only be prepared with vegetables. Avocados and corn, for example, are very suitable here. The tacos sauce is usually Mexican salsa sauce. The taco bowls are available in every well-stocked supermarket, so the tacos are quickly prepared. Good hunger!
And this is how it is done:
- Peel and finely chop onions and garlic cloves. Set aside about a third of it for the taco sauce. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the minced meat and sauté.

- For the taco sauce, cut tomatoes into small cubes. Add the retained onion and garlic cubes and mix well.
- Chop the coriander and add it. Then season with salt, pepper, fresh lime juice and chilli and mix well.
- Fill the taco bowls with some cheese and preheat them in the oven for 4 minutes at 175 degrees.
- Fill tacos with fried minced meat and pour salsa sauce over them. Drizzle with a little lime juice and garnish with lettuce leaves if you like. Serve straight away.
