Honey Ajvar Dressing

Ingredients
 

  • 80 g Brandy vinegar
  • 120 g Sunflower oil
  • 50 g Honey
  • 1 E Ajvar
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put the vinegar, oil, honey and ajvar in a blender and mix well for one minute on the highest setting. Season to taste with salt and pepper, transfer to a sealable container and place in the refrigerator. The dressing makes about 250 ml and lasts about 3 - 4 days.
