Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g vinegar
- 120 g oil
- 50 g honey
- 1 tbsp, heaped Ajvar, hot
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine the vinegar, oil, honey, and ajvar in a blender and blend thoroughly on high for one minute. Season with salt and pepper, transfer to a sealable container, and refrigerate. The dressing yields approximately 250 ml and will keep for approximately 3-4 days.
