Honeydew Melon Lassi

The perfect honeydew melon lassi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

To garnish:

  • 80 g Yoghurt, natural (without additives), ice cold
  • 50 g Coconut milk, creamy (24% fat), ice cold
  • 60 g Coconut water, ice cold
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
  • 2 tbsp Sugar, white
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Msp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Msp Kaffir lime peel, finely grated, fresh or frozen
  • 6 Ice cubes, optional
  • 2 Kaffir limes
  • Flowers and leaves
  1. Chop the pulp into walnut-sized pieces. Put all the ingredients for the lassi in the blender and puree for 30 seconds at high speed. Pour into tall glasses, garnish and serve with a straw and long-handled spoon.
