There is a certain sandwich recipe that will be good for the body. This was told by a well-known nutritionist and gastroenterologist Nuria Dianova.

According to the expert, when preparing this appetizer, you need to use black bread and add more vegetables. Bread can be replaced not only with black bread, but also with gray or whole grain bread, and any protein and fat product such as sausage or cheese can be placed on top. Sandwiches also lack fiber, she noted.

“The main thing to understand is that to make a sandwich really healthy, you need to add another 100 grams of vegetables or fruits to the conventional 100 grams of sandwich, or better yet, 200 grams. That is, there should be twice as much fiber as other ingredients,” the expert said.

Before that, gastroenterologist and Ph.D. in medicine Sergey Vyalov spoke about the dangers of foods that people are used to eating during breakfast. He emphasized that sandwiches with cheese and butter have a negative impact on the heart and pancreas.
