  • 250 g Kark zèb
  • 200 g Farin
  • 5 ti kuiyè Lwil
  • 5 ti kuiyè Lèt
  • 1 zongle Poud boulanjri
  • 1 pake Sòs tomat, sòs tomat, ..
  • Topping nan chwa ou, ton, janbon, salami, rès .. fwomaj

  • Knead the ingredients into a dough – I always do this with a spoon! Then I line a round tray with baking paper and put the dough in it. The whole thing then comes in the preheated oven: 180 degrees 20-40 minutes (depending on the oven – I have a microwave – grill – oven – the times are a little longer) until the dough is nice and crispy!
