Drain the chickpeas, rinse with cold water and place in a liter cup. Save some whole chickpeas! Peel and finely grate the garlic, puree with water, lemon juice and tahini. Season to taste with cumin, pepper and salt.
Put everything in a shallow bowl. Mix the paprika powder with the oil and pour over the humus. Sprinkle with chickpeas and parsley!
