Ingredients
- 1 Can Chickpeas
- 150 ml Water cold
- 2 small Garlic cloves
- 0,5 Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 120 g Tahini
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 0,5 tsp Freshly ground pepper
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Drain the chickpeas, rinse with cold water and place in a liter cup. Save some whole chickpeas! Peel and finely grate the garlic, puree with water, lemon juice and tahini. Season to taste with cumin, pepper and salt.
- Put everything in a shallow bowl. Mix the paprika powder with the oil and pour over the humus. Sprinkle with chickpeas and parsley!
- Cover with foil and cool for at least 30 minutes!
- There was flatbread with it! 🙂
