Ice Cream – Banana Ice Cream on Chocolate Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • Banana ICE CREAM
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Kaba banana flavor
  • Chocolate MINT ICE CREAM
  • 200 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 5 leaves Mint fresh

Instructions
 

  • For the banana ice cream, mix the milk with the banana powder. Cut the banana into small pieces and stir in. I then filled my rosette mold with 4 tablespoons of this mixture and let it freeze in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next morning I mixed the natural yogurt with the milk and cocoa powder. Finally, the mint leaves are cut into small pieces and stirred in. The rosettes are filled with this mixture and placed in the freezer for several hours.
  • Take the ice cream out of the freezer about 15-30 minutes before serving and garnish as desired.
