Ingredients
 

  • 1 L Milk
  • 140 g Sugar
  • 100 g Glucose
  • 200 g Fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Let the milk with the sugar reduce by half.
  • Wash and puree the strawberries and put them in the fridge. Mix the boiled milk with the glucose and let cool down a little.
  • Then add the strawberries and let them get really cold, put in the ice cream maker.
  • Glucose can be bought, but I'll make it myself ...... so boil 64 g of dextrose and 36 ml of water ..... done!
