Ingredients
- 500 g Frozen raspberries
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 250 g Quark lean
- 400 g Sour cream
- 3 tbsp Rock sugar brown
Instructions
- Put the raspberries in a baking dish, mix the yogurt, quark and whipped cream and pour everything over the raspberries.
- Spread a thick layer of rock candy on top. Cover the baking dish and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
