Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Frozen raspberries
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Quark lean
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Rock sugar brown

Instructions
 

  • Put the raspberries in a baking dish, mix the yogurt, quark and whipped cream and pour everything over the raspberries.
  • Spread a thick layer of rock candy on top. Cover the baking dish and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
