Ingredients
For the hip dough:
- 120 g Butter
- 200 g Brown sugar
- 200 g Whole wheat flour
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
For the vanilla ice cream:
- 200 g Milk
- 300 g Cream
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod scraped out
For the rice pudding:
- 240 g Rice pudding
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 l Milk
- 1 Pc. Sour cherry glass
Instructions
- Process all ingredients for the hip dough into a mass. Then bake thin waffles with the waffle iron and shape them into bowls.
- Mix the ingredients for the ice cream in a food processor for eight minutes and then pour them into the ice cream maker.
- Stir in the milk with the rice and the other ingredients and let it boil so that the rice pudding remains firm to the bite.
- Finally, heat the cherries and arrange everything nicely on a plate.
