Ingredients
 

For the dough you need:

  • 315 g Flour
  • 100 g Mixed almonds
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk

For the filling

  • Some powdered sugar
  • Jam to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, almonds and a pinch of salt. Now add sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • Roll out the cooled cookie dough on a lightly floured work surface.
  • Now cut out cookies with a cookie cutter of your choice, every second cookie gets a hole or you take a smaller cookie cutter.
  • Now the cookies are baked at 180 ° C top and bottom heat or 160 ° C convection for about 12 minutes.
  • When the cookies are ready, you pull them together with the baking paper on a wire rack and sprinkle the holes with some powdered sugar and let them cool down. During this time, the jam is warmed up.
  • Put a dollop of the jam on each of the biscuits without a hole. Finally, carefully place the cookies with the hole on the cookies with the jam and press them lightly and put jam into the hole. Wait to pack until the jam has set.
