Jam: Strawberry – Apricot

The perfect jam: strawberry – apricot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Variation 1:

  • 300 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 2 cl Apricot liqueur

Variation 2:

  • 1 Stalk Mint leaves
  • 1 Stalk Lemon balm fresh
  1. Wash the apricots, remove the stones and cut into small pieces.
  2. Strawberries straight from my garden, wash, remove green. Cut into small pieces, sugar-coated. Let stand for 1 day, stirring 1-2 times.
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Switch off and start mixing. Pour hot into freshly rinsed glasses.

Change recipe:

  1. With apricot liqueur or mint + lemon balm, wonderful notes can be created.
