Ingredients
- 30 g Butter
- 225 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 125 g Cream
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Apple Braeburn
- Lemon juice
Covering
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Peel, quarter and core apples and cut into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent the apple from turning brown.
- Melt the butter over low heat and let it cool down a bit. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add eggs, cream, melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir everything briefly. Fold in the apple cubes.
- Place either 2 paper cases or a rinsed silicone mold in the hollows of a muffin tin (12 pieces). Fill 2/3 of the batter. Sprinkle the almonds and sugar on the dough. Spread the butter in pieces on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes. Let cool down.
