Ingredients
 

  • 30 g Butter
  • 225 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Cream
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Apple Braeburn
  • Lemon juice

Covering

  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Sliced ​​almonds
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel, quarter and core apples and cut into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent the apple from turning brown.
  • Melt the butter over low heat and let it cool down a bit. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add eggs, cream, melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir everything briefly. Fold in the apple cubes.
  • Place either 2 paper cases or a rinsed silicone mold in the hollows of a muffin tin (12 pieces). Fill 2/3 of the batter. Sprinkle the almonds and sugar on the dough. Spread the butter in pieces on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes. Let cool down.
