Dough, kneading dough

  • 500 g Wheat flour
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 3 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 230 g Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Milk


  • 1500 g Boskoop
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 3 piece Egg Whites


  • Make kneading dough, knead all ingredients for the kneading dough in the Thermomix, TM31, for approx. 2 minutes, for approx. 30 minutes in the refrigerator
  • Peel apples, cut into eighths and store in lemon water (approx. 2l water + 1/2 lemon)
  • Beat the egg whites with about 70g sugar
