Kale Pan with Knobs

The perfect kale pan with knobs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the pound

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 1 piece Free range eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 piece Bun old
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper from the mill To taste
  • 1 bunch Chopped fresh parsley

Braise with the kale

  • 400 g Frozen kale
  • 125 g Cut the bacon into small pieces
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper from the mill to taste
  • 3 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 piece Cabanossi (boiled sausage)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 small Freshly grated potatoes
  • 300 Milliliters Water
  1. Soak the bun in water and then add to the minced meat. Likewise the other ingredients. Knead everything well and form as many dumplings as you want out of it. I got 10 pieces out.
  2. Fry the bacon and onion with the balls in a pan with heated butter. Then put the frozen kale in the middle. Pour in the water and put the lid on the pan. Bring to the boil and then let the kale thaw over a low heat. Takes about 15 minutes. Now season the cabbage with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and add the potatoes. Mix everything together with the dumplings and put in the Cabanossi.
  3. Let simmer off the stove for 1 hour on a low heat. Season again to taste and then enjoy your meal. I then cut the sausage in half. We also had boiled potatoes. I cooked it yesterday. Everything went smoothly today.
