King Prawns with Cucumber, Egg and Orange

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Frozen giant prawns with herbs e.g. Penny
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 medium Orange
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Raspberry balm
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts for decoration
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs for about 4 minutes. Peel the cucumber and cut into not too thin slices. Line up on plates. Cut the orange / orange into three finger-thick slices, remove the peel and cut into strips, place in front of the cucumber.

In the meantime

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the TK King Praws. Peel the eggs, carefully cut in half and add to the cucumber slices.
  • If necessary, drain the cooked prawns on paper towels (oil) and add them to the salad while they are still warm. Salt and pepper everything and pour the rest of the orange juice over the salad. You can also add some raspberry balsam (raspberry vinegar) to taste. Some peanuts as decoration on the plate.
