Ingredients
 

Prince beans:

  • Beans
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Gnocchi dough:

  • 1 kg Floury potatoes
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 500 g Flour
  • 300 g Starch
  • 100 g Butter
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • 1 Pr Salt

Shrimp:

  • 1 lb Shrimp big
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Pc. Red onions
  • 100 g Butter
  • Sage

Instructions
 

Gnocchi:

  • First, the potatoes are peeled and then boiled in boiling water for 45 minutes.
  • Then mash the potatoes and add the egg yolks, salt, Parmesan, flour and butter. Keep pounding and stirring until the dough is firmer.
  • When it is no longer so sticky, start to shape a sausage and then pinch off small strips and use them to form the gnocchi.
  • Later you put them in a pot of boiling water and fish them out when they swim up.
  • This takes about 2-5 minutes, then put them in the pan with the tomatoes cut in half and the sage.

Shrimp:

  • The prawns are fried with butter and the garlic in a pan. Then put them in the oven at 70 ° C for 10 minutes.

Beans:

  • The prince beans are fried in a pan with butter and sugar for about 10 minutes.
