Ingredients
Prince beans:
- Beans

Gnocchi dough:
- 1 kg Floury potatoes
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 500 g Flour
- 300 g Starch
- 100 g Butter
- 80 g Parmesan
- 1 Pr Salt
Shrimp:
- 1 lb Shrimp big
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Red onions
- 100 g Butter
- Sage
Instructions
Gnocchi:
- First, the potatoes are peeled and then boiled in boiling water for 45 minutes.
- Then mash the potatoes and add the egg yolks, salt, Parmesan, flour and butter. Keep pounding and stirring until the dough is firmer.
- When it is no longer so sticky, start to shape a sausage and then pinch off small strips and use them to form the gnocchi.
- Later you put them in a pot of boiling water and fish them out when they swim up.
- This takes about 2-5 minutes, then put them in the pan with the tomatoes cut in half and the sage.
Shrimp:
