  • 1 hot air fryer
  • 250 g 1 pack of Köttbullar / ready-fried
  • 200 g French fries
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Wild cranberries
  • 2 Stalk Parsley


  • Prepare the french fries in the air fryer until they are crispy, fill them in an ovenproof dish, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and keep warm in the oven at 50 ° C until serving. Put the Köttbullar in the air fryer and cook until crispy brown. Serve the Köttbullar with French fries and wild cranberries, garnished with a parsley stick.
