Alpîranî
- 1 Pc Mango
- 150 g Mast
- 5 g tovên Chia
- 2 tsp Şorba hingivîn an agave
- 1 tsp Kincê rûnê
- 1 çerm Fruit linseed
- 1 çerm Fine oat flakes
Telîmata
- Mix all ingredients together except the mango and let soak briefly. Depending on your preference, you can of course use more or less of one or the other ingredient. Peel and dice the mango. Place on top of the yoghurt and serve.
- Also looks nice when you alternate layers of mango and yogurt in a glass.
