Alpîranî
Ji bo parfait:
- 1 Pc Hêk
- 5 Pc Kulikê hêk
- 150 g Îekir
- 1 gûlle Şerabê spî
- 600 g Qeymax
- 1 gazî Meadowsweet
Vineyard peach cream:
- 300 g Quark kêm rûn
- 1 Cam Vineyard peach jam
- 1 Cam Cooked down vineyard peaches
- 20 g Îekir
- Ava 1/2 lîmonê
- 2,5 g Keşke
- 100 ml Ava sêvê
Telîmata
Parfait:
- Put the ingredients for the parfait, except for the cream and meadowsweet, in a bowl and boil it over a water bath for 10-15 minutes.
Qeymax:
- Mix the quark, jam, sugar and lemon, bring the agar agar to the boil in apple juice and adjust the masses.
- Now add 2 tablespoons of the quark mixture to the hot liquid and then stir the hot mixture into the quark. Chill for about 3 hours and pour into a piping bag. This makes serving easier.
