Alpîranî
Mirîşkê biraştî:
- 3,5 kg mirîşkê range belaş
- 3 çerm Paprika toz
- 1 çerm Qurmê tozê
- 1 qûrincik Painted mace
- 2 çerm Xwêya demsalî
- 2 çerm Bibera sîr
- 5 çerm rûn
Sebze:
- 3 Pc Koz
- 1 Leeks
- 0,5 Pc Kundurê butternut
- 2 Pc Kokên parsley
- 0,5 Pc ampûlê kerfes
- 150 g Mushrooms qehweyî
- 2 Pc Onions
- 1 Kulîlka sîr
- Rosemary teze
- Tîma teze
- 6 Sage pelên
- 4 Bay dihêle
- 200 ml Riesling
- 1 qûrincik Xwêya demsalî
- 1 qûrincik Bibera sîr
Telîmata
Mirîşk:

Vegetables: Preheat the oven hot air grill to 200 degrees!

- I used a stick thermometer and put it in the club! 80 degrees! That took a good hour to 1.5 hours!
- Now take the tray out of the oven and let it cool down briefly. Portion parts and serve with the vegetables! 🙂
