Tabbouleh
- 250 g bulgur
- 1 gazî Bexdenûs
- 1 gazî Mint
- 4 Sêva biharê
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 çerm Ermê lemonê
- 2 çerm Zeyta zeytûnan

Lamb kofte
- 750 g Goştê berxê hûrkirî
- 60 g bulgur
- 1 Pîvaz
- 1 Sîr
- 30 g Pine pişik
- 1 Hêk
- 1 çerm Kîmyaya erdê
- 1 tsp Darçê erdê
- Îsota reş

- Soak the bulgur in water and let it soak for a good 1 hour. For the tabbouleh, dice all the ingredients and season with lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the drained bulgur and mix. For the Köfte, grind the meat (or buy it ready-made) and process it with all the other ingredients to a homogeneous mass. Fry the Köfte all over on the grill or pan. There was also a yogurt dip (10% seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and coriander)
