Protein Hamburger - Karbên kêm
The perfect protein hamburger – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g goştê zevî
- 100 gr Flaxseed pelçiqandin
- 2 Pc. Hêk
- 40 g rûnê Hêvî
- 1 tsp Pijandinê
- 0,5 Pc. Pîvaz
- 1 Pc. Tomato teze
- 2 tbsp Low carb ketchup
- Berê firnê bi 200ºC germ bikin.
- Mix the flax seeds, eggs, butter and baking powder together.
- Place two dumplings (hamburger size) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Approx. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the burger bun is firm and lightly crispy.
- Bring the beef mince lightly with pepper and salt and 2 meatballs into shape.
- Fry as desired in the pan. If you have fresh beef, you can also eat the burger medium (approx. 5 minutes). If you are unsure, rather enjoy it well done (approx. 10 min.). TIP: Also great to prepare on the grill!
- Cut the burger buns open with a lettuce leaf, meat, tomato and onion slices.
- Finally, some low carb ketchup, done.
